ASCF tasks, aligned with compass that support the 'Improvement Plan Strategy'

This is a variation sample of a one pager that could be used for our cohort
ACTIONS - FIRST priority to develop the CASE MANAGERS pack which will be 2 pager
document with intro and purpose of the document, followed by compass and core skill level matrix that identifies 'establishing learning pathways' and template that allows case manager to identify student compass outcome levels and negotiate personalized pathway. SECOND priority is to develop the BEYOND COMPASS 'Learning Improvement Plan' LIP
one layer is to develop the matrix across the 5 ACSF LEVELS and the associated tasks that support READING and NUMERACY and the second layer is to develop the extension level that incorporates the ACSF 'ASPECTS OF COMMUNICATION' across the 5 levels and all the associated tasks with checklists.
JUNE 17th is the next dedicated FLOPO training day . need to book the day at EDC.
Draft up an agenda for the day - for Jason to email to all FLOPO'S and then invite them into the
wiki-pod.
1. Morning session to unpack e-pod PLP supported by documentation to assist navigation.
2. WIKI-POD TRAINING - Instruction training, develop a brief for FLOPO'S to develop content for their personal page.
3. Professional Development to unpack both packages - establishing learning pathways,Learning Improvement Plan -LIP
